Me n my wife both go to this facility and it's really what you make of it and only for the ppl who really wants to get cleaned up . The counselors are caring and loving and also will help you in any way possible....

There are good & bad things that go on here. Problems include the counselor's & nurse's keep quiting. They keep changing polices because they can get paid for their services thru Medicaid. This has made it to where you can only get 2 groups a week and/or a one on one with your counselor. People who live 2 hours away like I do have to come up on average 6 times a month to get everything required in. Now I know people who are missing groups & failing drug test are being terminated from the program. They are leaving little margin for error. I do love my Dr. She really cares about her patients & understands. Also my counselor is very optimistic and she tries to find ways for me to deal with any problems I have. So in summary my Dr & counselor are awesome they just have some flaws in the system that make it a full time job for me to keep up with my recovery.

Great place if you truly want to help yourself! The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you put the work into changing your life this is a great place to do that! I definitely recommend this place . Lashawnda is such a great counselor and truly cares about her clients. She has helped my daughter tremendously and for that I am so grateful! Please if you're interested in getting help and changing your life please give this place a shot but remrreme it will only help those who want it and put an equal amount of work into it! Thanks for changing my daughter s life and a special thank you go Lashawnda ☺️

I think they r the best facility ever in west Virginia they have help me so much and others that gripe about the place r the ones who just want to get high or be a druggie from it it makes me so mad to see how people put this clinic down and I have been there two years and its helped my life tremendously and its been a huge turn around im healthier even going through it alone I had the people there and support of my mom and some friends so don't Judge and if u only going so u can get high its not that kinda place so stay out or get in and get help u need
